How does renting a unit work?
You can rent a unit in 2 minutes via our website or by contacting our specialized advisors. They will help you choose the right unit size for your needs. The remote contract is completed in just a few minutes. You can then access your unit independently whenever you want.
Can I change the size of my unit? Is it free?
It's completely free!
You can change your unit at any time for a smaller or larger space at no cost (subject to availability).
Your monthly fee will be automatically adjusted based on the size of your new storage unit.
What security features are installed inside the units?
In addition to the systems installed throughout our facilities (automatic locking gates, keypad access, cameras), each unit is equipped with an individual alarm. When you visit your unit, entering your personal code deactivates the alarm on arrival and reactivates it upon your departure.
Do I need to declare the items I want to store?
No. However, you must declare their value.
Can I buy boxes and other moving supplies on site?
Yes. All our Annexx centers have a moving supply store located at the reception area. There, you’ll find all the packaging, protective materials, and boxes you need for a stress-free move. With our Click & Collect system, order your supplies online and pick them up at the Annexx center of your choice, whenever it suits you!

I’m late on my rent payment, what should I do?
You must pay your rent between the 1st and 5th of each month. After that, and if more than six days late, late fees apply according to your contract's terms and conditions. In case of non-payment, access to your unit will be blocked.
If you experience delays or financial difficulties, contact your advisors.
You can also pay your rent online through your Client Space or the Annexx App
Annexx offers a moving supplies store at all its locations, where you can purchase boxes, moving supplies, and packaging materials (bubble wrap, tape, protective blankets, etc.) at discounted prices. Visit our stores for all your professional equipment needs, to properly organize your move and storage in your Annexx storage unit.
Every year, we open new sites. We are looking to open self-storage facilities in Brittany, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, Hauts-de-France, or Grand-Est in cities such as Nice, Strasbourg, Dijon, Lille, Rennes, Grenoble, and Clermont-Ferrand.
