What are the departure conditions? How do I terminate the contract?
To end your contract, you have several options:
Can I access my unit at night?
You can access your storage unit from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. in most centers, with unlimited access 7 days a week. For extended access, contact your advisors.
Our reception areas are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
How do you manage rodents? Do you ensure the cleanliness of the site?
Each Annexx building is treated monthly against rodents and pests. To help prevent infestations, we prohibit the storage of food items that are not sealed in airtight containers.
How can I change my coverage?
Annexx offers storage-specific coverage. To modify a plan subscribed through Annexx when signing your rental contract, please contact your advisors.
Do you provide equipment for unloading the car?
Yes. We provide trolleys and hand trucks in all our Annexx centers. You can use them free of charge to load or unload boxes and furniture from your vehicle and easily transport them from the parking area to your unit.
What are the terms and conditions for terminating the contract?
Annexx contracts are non-binding. You can end your contract whenever you wish! Just go to your Client Space or contact your Annexx center advisors by email or phone and specify your desired move-out date.
Reminder: You must give at least 15 days' notice.
