Can I access my unit at night?

You can access your storage unit from 6am to 11pm, 7 days a week, in most centers. For extended access, please contact your advisor. Our reception areas are open from Monday to Friday from 9am to 12:30pm and from 1:15pm to 5:30pm, and on Saturday from 9am to 1pm.

Is the center lit at night?

Yes, all our centers are lit to ensure night surveillance. Parking lots and outdoor spaces are lit and monitored 24/7.
As part of our CSR commitments, the unit corridors are equipped with an automatic lighting system with sensors. Thus the lights only turn on when movement is detected.

Am I required to take out insurance for my storage unit?

Yes.
As with any real estate rental, you are required to take out an insurance policy.
You can take out insurance directly with Annexx advisors when signing your storage unit rental contract.
If you prefer to use your own insurer, please contact them to ensure that they offer coverage for storage.
In either case, your monthly fee will vary depending on the declared value of the items you wish to store. Learn more about insurance here.

Do you lend equipment for unloading the car?

Yes. We provide carts and dollies at all of our Annexx centers. You can use them for free to load or unload boxes and furniture from your vehicle and easily transport them from the parking lot to your storage unit.

How do I cancel my contract?

Annexx contracts are without commitment!

You can cancel your contract without any departure fees whenever you want and easily.

What are the steps to follow:

  • Go to your Customer Area or contact your advisors by email or phone and indicate the desired departure date.
  • Once the departure date is chosen, the effective date of your contract end will be automatically calculated, according to the departure date you have selected.
    The effective departure date is located:
    • between the 1st and the 14th of the month: your contract will end on the 15th of the month
    • between the 15th and the last day of the month: your contract will end on the last day of the month

Did you know: A 15-day notice is mandatory, so make sure to take it into account when choosing your departure date.
