Can I access my unit at night?
You can access your storage unit from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. in most centers, with unlimited access 7 days a week. For extended access, contact your advisors.
Our reception areas are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Do I need to declare the items I want to store?
No. However, you must declare their value.
Do you provide equipment for unloading the car?
Yes. We provide trolleys and hand trucks in all our Annexx centers. You can use them free of charge to load or unload boxes and furniture from your vehicle and easily transport them from the parking area to your unit.
Can I change units after I've already moved in?
Absolutely! You can change your storage unit to a smaller or larger one at no cost (subject to availability). Your rate will be adjusted according to the size of the new storage space.

A security deposit is required upon signing the contract. It corresponds to a minimum of one month's rent including all taxes. This deposit will be refunded to you at the end of your contract, provided that the storage unit is returned empty, clean and in good condition.
