All devices are checked daily by our on-site teams and maintenance is provided by an expert self-storage provider. To offer you a comfortable service in a healthy environment, our staff ensures the cleanliness of the building, and our on-site team regularly performs checks. If you notice a cleanliness problem, please notify your center, specifying the nearest unit number.

What is the difference between Annexx insurance and my personal insurance?
The insurance offered by UMANN is specific to self-storage and covers all potential risks. The different coverage options available ensure that you choose the appropriate coverage for the items you wish to store. To simplify your life, we offer the option to subscribe to specialized insurance when signing your contract. You will then have no additional steps to take.

Do you lend equipment for unloading the car?
Yes. We provide carts and dollies at all of our Annexx centers. You can use them for free to load or unload boxes and furniture from your vehicle and easily transport them from the parking lot to your storage unit.
Can I change my unit even though I have already placed my belongings in a unit?
Absolutely! You can change your storage unit for a smaller or larger space at no cost (depending on availability). Your rates will then be adjusted according to the size of your new storage space.
