Do I need to bring my own padlock?
Yes. You can use a padlock you already own or buy one at our moving supplies shop located at your Annexx center. You can choose between a keyed or combination padlock.

Do I need to declare the items I want to store?
No. However, you must declare their value.
Do you offer moving trucks or discounts on rentals?
Yes. We have negotiated rates with several partner moving truck rental companies. To learn more about these offers, get in touch with your advisors.
I’m late on my rent payment, what should I do?
You must pay your rent between the 1st and 5th of each month. After that, and if more than six days late, late fees apply according to your contract's terms and conditions. In case of non-payment, access to your unit will be blocked.
