What is a storage unit?
A storage unit is a room enclosed by walls and secured with a lock or padlock, where you can store your belongings.
Whether for a month or a year, a unit lets you store items whenever and for as long as needed.
Can I access my unit at night?
You can access your storage unit from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. in most centers, with unlimited access 7 days a week. For extended access, contact your advisors.
Our reception areas are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Do you ensure the cleanliness of the site?
Each Annexx building is treated monthly against rodents and pests. To help prevent infestations, we prohibit the storage of food items that are not sealed in airtight containers.
Am I required to have insurance for my storage unit?
As with most property rentals, having protection is strongly recommended.
Do you provide equipment for unloading the car?
Yes. We provide trolleys and hand trucks in all our Annexx centers. You can use them free of charge to load or unload boxes and furniture from your vehicle and easily transport them from the parking area to your unit.
I’m late on my rent payment, what should I do?
You must pay your rent between the 1st and 5th of each month. After that, and if more than six days late, late fees apply according to your contract's terms and conditions. In case of non-payment, access to your unit will be blocked.
If you experience delays or financial difficulties, contact your advisors.
