Do I need to bring my own padlock?
Yes. You can use a padlock you already own or buy one at our moving supplies shop located at your Annexx center. You can choose between a keyed or combination padlock.
Can I access my unit at night?
You can access your storage unit from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. in most centers, with unlimited access 7 days a week. For extended access, contact your advisors.
Our reception areas are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
What security features are installed inside the units?
In addition to the systems installed throughout our facilities (automatic locking gates, keypad access, cameras), each unit is equipped with an individual alarm. When you visit your unit, entering your personal code deactivates the alarm on arrival and reactivates it upon your departure.
Am I required to have insurance for my storage unit?
As with most property rentals, having protection is strongly recommended.
You can subscribe to a coverage plan directly with Annexx advisors when signing your storage unit rental contract.
Want to use your own insurance provider? Contact them to confirm they offer suitable storage coverage.
In both cases, your monthly fee will depend on the declared value of the items you plan to store. Learn more about protecting your belongings.
Can I buy boxes and other moving supplies on site?
Yes. All our Annexx centers have a moving supply store located at the reception area. There, you’ll find all the packaging, protective materials, and boxes you need for a stress-free move. With our Click & Collect system, order your supplies online and pick them up at the Annexx center of your choice, whenever it suits you!
