All devices are checked daily by our on-site teams and maintenance is provided by an expert self-storage provider. If you notice a cleanliness problem, please notify your center, specifying the nearest unit number.
Is the center lit at night?
Yes, all our centers are lit to ensure night surveillance. Parking lots and outdoor spaces are lit and monitored 24/7.
As part of our CSR commitments, the unit corridors are equipped with an automatic lighting system with sensors. Thus the lights only turn on when movement is detected.
How can I change my insurance?
Annexx offers insurance specifically for storage. To modify an insurance contract taken out with Annexx at the time of signing your contract, please contact our advisors.
Do you lend equipment for unloading the car?
Yes. We provide carts and dollies at all of our Annexx centers. You can use them for free to load or unload boxes and furniture from your vehicle and easily transport them from the parking lot to your storage unit.
How do I cancel my contract?
