Is it possible to arrive outside the office's opening hours?
Yes. Once you've completed your contract remotely, you'll receive an email with all the access details (code, floor, etc.). Units are accessible from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. at most Annexx centers.
What can I store in my unit?
You can store boxes, seasonal items, professional equipment, documents, and more.
For your safety, certain items are strictly prohibited inside the units.

What security features are installed inside the units?
In addition to the systems installed throughout our facilities (automatic locking gates, keypad access, cameras), each unit is equipped with an individual alarm. When you visit your unit, entering your personal code deactivates the alarm on arrival and reactivates it upon your departure.
Do I need to declare the items I want to store?
No. However, you must declare their value.
Do you provide equipment for unloading the car?
Yes. We provide trolleys and hand trucks in all our Annexx centers. You can use them free of charge to load or unload boxes and furniture from your vehicle and easily transport them from the parking area to your unit.
What happens if my belongings are removed and taken to the dump?
Once your unit is emptied due to non-payment, your account is suspended. No new rent is charged, but all outstanding amounts remain due.
