What documents are required to rent a unit?
To draw up your rental contract, you just need a valid ID and a credit card.
Can I access my unit at night?
You can access your storage unit from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. in most centers, with unlimited access 7 days a week. For extended access, contact your advisors.
Our reception areas are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Do you ensure the cleanliness of the site?
Each Annexx building is treated monthly against rodents and pests. To help prevent infestations, we prohibit the storage of food items that are not sealed in airtight containers.
Am I required to have insurance for my storage unit?
As with most property rentals, having protection is strongly recommended.
Do you offer moving trucks or discounts on rentals?
Yes. We have negotiated rates with several partner moving truck rental companies. To learn more about these offers, get in touch with your advisors.
What happens if my belongings are removed and taken to the dump?
Once your unit is emptied due to non-payment, your account is suspended. No new rent is charged, but all outstanding amounts remain due.
