How does key delivery work?
There is no key delivery as our units are equipped with combination padlocks. When you sign your contract, you receive an email indicating all the access arrangements as well as the code for the LOXX padlock placed on your unit.
Can I access my unit at night?
You can access your storage unit from 6am to 11pm, 7 days a week, in most centers. For extended access, please contact your advisor. Our reception areas are open from Monday to Friday from 9am to 12:30pm and from 1:15pm to 5:30pm, and on Saturday from 9am to 1pm.
What measures are in place to ensure the security of the Annexx Centers?
To guarantee the protection of your belongings, all necessary measures are taken in all self-storage centers of the Annexx network:

How can I change my insurance?
Annexx offers insurance specifically for storage. To modify an insurance contract taken out with Annexx at the time of signing your contract, please contact our advisors.
Do you offer moving trucks or a discount on their rental?
Yes. We have negotiated rates with several partner companies for moving truck rental. Learn more about these rates by contacting your advisors.
I haven't paid my royalties for several months, what happens?
Contact the advisors at your storage center as soon as possible. In the absence of news or payment on your part, your storage space may be emptied and/or taken to the dump.
