What is the difference between the opening hours of the agency and those of access to the center?
During the opening hours of our agencies, our advisors are on site to provide you with information and support in your search for storage space or for your move. You can also buy boxes and packaging materials directly on site during these same hours (Mon-Fri: 9am-12:30pm; 1:15pm-5:30pm and Sat: 9am-1pm).
Access hours to the center correspond to the hours during which you can access your storage unit (for your Annexx Center).
Can I change the size of my unit? Is it free?
It's completely free! You can change your unit size whenever you want for a smaller or larger space at no cost (subject to availability). The amount of your monthly rent will be automatically adjusted based on the size of your new storage space.
Is the center lit at night?
Yes, all our centers are lit to ensure night surveillance. Parking lots and outdoor spaces are lit and monitored 24/7.
As part of our CSR commitments, the unit corridors are equipped with an automatic lighting system with sensors. Thus the lights only turn on when movement is detected.
How can I change my insurance?
Annexx offers insurance specifically for storage. To modify an insurance contract taken out with Annexx at the time of signing your contract, please contact our advisors.
Do you lend equipment for unloading the car?
Yes. We provide carts and dollies at all of our Annexx centers. You can use them for free to load or unload boxes and furniture from your vehicle and easily transport them from the parking lot to your storage unit.
