Can everything be done over the phone (reservation and contract)?
Yes, you can estimate the size of the unit you need by phone with our advisors or directly via our online simulator. Then you can reserve your unit and complete your contract remotely. It's that simple!
Do the units have electrical outlets?
No. Our storage units are not equipped with electrical outlets. However, custom installations may be arranged for professionals depending on the equipment to be plugged in. This service is subject to an additional charge.
How do you manage rodents? Do you ensure the cleanliness of the site?
Each Annexx building is treated monthly against rodents and pests. To help prevent infestations, we prohibit the storage of food items that are not sealed in airtight containers.
Do I need to declare the items I want to store?
No. However, you must declare their value (for coverage purposes) so that your items are properly insured in case of damage or loss. For more information, contact your specialized advisors.
Do you offer moving trucks or discounts on rentals?
Yes. We have negotiated rates with several partner moving truck rental companies. To learn more about these offers, get in touch with your advisors.
I haven’t paid my rent for several months, what happens?
Contact your storage center advisors as soon as possible. Without any update or payment from you, your storage unit may be emptied and/or its contents disposed of.
