Each Annexx building is treated monthly against rodents and pests. To help prevent infestations, we prohibit the storage of food items that are not sealed in airtight containers.

No. However, you must declare their value.

Yes! We can provide you with contact details of professional movers or partner utility vehicle rental companies. To find out what’s available at your center, contact your advisors.
What happens if my belongings are removed and taken to the dump?
Once your unit is emptied due to non-payment, your account is suspended. No new rent is charged, but all outstanding amounts remain due.
