Each Annexx building is treated monthly against rodents and pests. To help prevent infestations, we prohibit the storage of food items that are not sealed in airtight containers.
How can I change my coverage?
Annexx offers storage-specific coverage. To modify a plan subscribed through Annexx when signing your rental contract, please contact your advisors.
Can you help me with my move?
Yes! We can provide you with contact details of professional movers or partner utility vehicle rental companies. To find out what’s available at your center, contact your advisors.
I’m late on my rent payment, what should I do?
You must pay your rent between the 1st and 5th of each month. After that, and if more than six days late, late fees apply according to your contract's terms and conditions. In case of non-payment, access to your unit will be blocked.
