Can I access my unit at night?
You can access your storage unit from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. in most centers, with unlimited access 7 days a week. For extended access, contact your advisors.
Our reception areas are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Is the center lit at night?
Yes, all our centers are illuminated to ensure night-time surveillance. Parking lots and outdoor areas are lit and monitored 24/7.
As part of our CSR commitments, unit corridors are equipped with motion-sensor lighting systems, so the lights only switch on when movement is detected.
Do I need to declare the items I want to store?
No. However, you must declare their value (for coverage purposes) so that your items are properly insured in case of damage or loss. For more information, contact your specialized advisors.
Do you offer moving trucks or discounts on rentals?
