What can I store in my unit?
You can store boxes, seasonal items, professional equipment, documents, and more. To ensure your safety, however, some products are strictly prohibited inside the units. The following items are not allowed inside the units: dangerous and/or illegal products, animals (alive or dead), perishable food outside of a hermetic container, radioactive products, and more. What security measures are in place in the units?
In addition to the installations in place throughout our premises (automatic gate lock, access code, cameras), our units are equipped with an individual alarm. When you come to your unit, entering your personal code deactivates this alarm upon arrival and reactivates it upon departure.
Do I need to declare the items I wish to store?
No. However, you must declare their value (for insurance) so that your items are properly covered in case of damage. For any additional questions, please contact our specialized advisors.
Do you offer moving trucks or a discount on their rental?

What happens if my belongings are taken to the dump?
Once your unit is emptied due to non-payment, your account is suspended. There are no more new royalties to pay. However, the amounts due are still payable.
