Do the units have electrical outlets?
No. Our storage units are not equipped with electrical outlets. However, custom installations may be arranged for professionals depending on the equipment to be plugged in. This service is subject to an additional charge.
Do you ensure the cleanliness of the site?
Each Annexx building is treated monthly against rodents and pests. To help prevent infestations, we prohibit the storage of food items that are not sealed in airtight containers.
Do I need to declare the items I want to store?
No. However, you must declare their value.
Can you help me with my move?
Yes! We can provide you with contact details of professional movers or partner utility vehicle rental companies. To find out what’s available at your center, contact your advisors.
What is the duration of the rental contract?
Storage rental contracts are monthly and automatically renewable. There is no commitment: you can cancel at any time without penalties (just a 15-day notice).
