Do you ensure the cleanliness of the site?
Each Annexx building is treated monthly against rodents and pests. To help prevent infestations, we prohibit the storage of food items that are not sealed in airtight containers.
Do I need to declare the items I want to store?
No. However, you must declare their value.
Do you provide equipment for unloading the car?
Yes. We provide trolleys and hand trucks in all our Annexx centers. You can use them free of charge to load or unload boxes and furniture from your vehicle and easily transport them from the parking area to your unit.
I haven’t paid my rent for several months, what happens?
Contact your storage center advisors as soon as possible. Without any update or payment from you, your storage unit may be emptied and/or its contents disposed of.
