Do I need to bring my own padlock?
Yes. You can use a padlock you already own or buy one at our moving supplies shop located at your Annexx center. You can choose between a keyed or combination padlock.
What can I store in my unit?
You can store boxes, seasonal items, professional equipment, documents, and more.
For your safety, certain items are strictly prohibited inside the units.

Do you ensure the cleanliness of the site?
Each Annexx building is treated monthly against rodents and pests. To help prevent infestations, we prohibit the storage of food items that are not sealed in airtight containers.
Am I required to have insurance for my storage unit?
As with most property rentals, having protection is strongly recommended.
Can I buy boxes and other moving supplies on site?
Yes. All our Annexx centers have a moving supply store located at the reception area. There, you’ll find all the packaging, protective materials, and boxes you need for a stress-free move. With our Click & Collect system, order your supplies online and pick them up at the Annexx center of your choice, whenever it suits you!

What happens if my belongings are removed and taken to the dump?
Once your unit is emptied due to non-payment, your account is suspended. No new rent is charged, but all outstanding amounts remain due.
