What is the difference between the office and center opening hours?

During office hours, our advisors are on-site to assist you with storage space needs or your move. You can also buy boxes and packing materials during these hours (Mon–Fri: 9 a.m.–12:30 p.m.; 1:15 p.m.–5:30 p.m., Sat: 9 a.m.–1 p.m.).
The center access hours refer to when you can visit your storage unit (your Annexx Center).

How are Annexx centers maintained?

We are committed to providing the best service for your unit rental. To ensure the safety of your belongings and our customers, we use the best surveillance systems available. All equipment is checked daily by our on-site teams, and maintenance is provided by a self-storage expert.
To provide you with a clean and comfortable environment, our service providers ensure cleanliness, and our on-site team regularly performs inspections.
If you notice a cleanliness issue, please notify your center and specify the number of the nearest unit.

Do you ensure the cleanliness of the site?

Each Annexx building is treated monthly against rodents and pests. To help prevent infestations, we prohibit the storage of food items that are not sealed in airtight containers.

Do I need to declare the items I want to store?

No. However, you must declare their value.

Do you provide equipment for unloading the car?

Yes. We provide trolleys and hand trucks in all our Annexx centers. You can use them free of charge to load or unload boxes and furniture from your vehicle and easily transport them from the parking area to your unit.

How do I terminate my contract?

Annexx contracts are commitment-free!

You can cancel your contract at any time, free of charge and with ease.

Steps to follow:

  • Go to your Client Space or contact your advisors by email or phone and specify your desired move-out date.
  • Once the date is selected, the effective end date of your contract will be calculated automatically based on the chosen date.
    Notice period ends:
    • Between the 1st and 15th: contract ends on the 15th of the following month
    • Between the 16th and the end of the month: contract ends on the last day of the following month

    Did you know? A 15-day notice is required, so remember to factor that in when choosing your move-out date.
