Is it possible to arrive outside the office's opening hours?
Yes. Once you've completed your contract remotely, you'll receive an email with all the access details (code, floor, etc.). Units are accessible from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. at most Annexx centers.
Do the units have electrical outlets?
No. Our storage units are not equipped with electrical outlets. However, custom installations may be arranged for professionals depending on the equipment to be plugged in. This service is subject to an additional charge.

What happens if my belongings are removed and taken to the dump?
Once your unit is emptied due to non-payment, your account is suspended. No new rent is charged, but all outstanding amounts remain due.
