Everything is included in your rental price. With Annexx, there are no surprises when paying your monthly fee, and our contracts are fee-free.
Can I access my unit at night?
You can access your storage unit from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. in most centers, with unlimited access 7 days a week. For extended access, contact your advisors.
Our reception areas are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

I haven’t paid my rent for several months, what happens?
Contact your storage center advisors as soon as possible. Without any update or payment from you, your storage unit may be emptied and/or its contents disposed of.
