Is it possible to arrive outside the office's opening hours?
Yes. Once you've completed your contract remotely, you'll receive an email with all the access details (code, floor, etc.). Units are accessible from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. at most Annexx centers.

To provide you with a clean and comfortable environment, our service providers ensure cleanliness, and our on-site team regularly performs inspections.
If you notice a cleanliness issue, please notify your center and specify the number of the nearest unit.

Contact your storage center advisors as soon as possible. Without any update or payment from you, your storage unit may be emptied and/or its contents disposed of.
