Is a padlock included with the rental?
No, but when making your reservation, you can buy a padlock (€16.90) or rent one (€1.99/month).
How are Annexx centers maintained?
We are committed to providing the best service for your unit rental. To ensure the safety of your belongings and our customers, we use the best surveillance systems available. All equipment is checked daily by our on-site teams, and maintenance is provided by a self-storage expert.
To provide you with a clean and comfortable environment, our service providers ensure cleanliness, and our on-site team regularly performs inspections.
If you notice a cleanliness issue, please notify your center and specify the number of the nearest unit.
What security features are installed inside the units?
In addition to the systems installed throughout our facilities (automatic locking gates, keypad access, cameras), each unit is equipped with an individual alarm. When you visit your unit, entering your personal code deactivates the alarm on arrival and reactivates it upon your departure.
Do I need to declare the items I want to store?
No. However, you must declare their value (for coverage purposes) so that your items are properly insured in case of damage or loss. For more information, contact your specialized advisors.
Do you provide equipment for unloading the car?
Yes. We provide trolleys and hand trucks in all our Annexx centers. You can use them free of charge to load or unload boxes and furniture from your vehicle and easily transport them from the parking area to your unit.
What happens if my belongings are removed and taken to the dump?
Once your unit is emptied due to non-payment, your account is suspended. No new rent is charged, but all outstanding amounts remain due.
