Yes, all our centers are illuminated to ensure night-time surveillance. Parking lots and outdoor areas are lit and monitored 24/7.
As part of our CSR commitments, unit corridors are equipped with motion-sensor lighting systems, so the lights only switch on when movement is detected.
Am I required to have insurance for my storage unit?
As with most property rentals, having protection is strongly recommended.
Can I buy boxes and other moving supplies on site?
Yes. All our Annexx centers have a moving supply store located at the reception area. There, you’ll find all the packaging, protective materials, and boxes you need for a stress-free move.
