You can access your storage unit from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. in most centers, with unlimited access 7 days a week. For extended access, contact your advisors.
Our reception areas are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
How do you manage rodents? Do you ensure the cleanliness of the site?
Each Annexx building is treated monthly against rodents and pests. To help prevent infestations, we prohibit the storage of food items that are not sealed in airtight containers.
What is the difference between the Annexx coverage plan and my personal insurance?
The coverage offered by Annexx is specifically designed for self storage, accounting for all potential risks. Various tiers are available to ensure the plan suits the value of the items you wish to store. For convenience, we offer a specialized coverage option when you sign your contract, with no further steps required on your end.

Can I buy boxes and other moving supplies on site?
Yes. All our Annexx centers have a moving supply store located at the reception area. There, you’ll find all the packaging, protective materials, and boxes you need for a stress-free move. With our Click & Collect system, order your supplies online and pick them up at the Annexx center of your choice, whenever it suits you!

What are the terms and conditions for terminating the contract?
Annexx contracts are non-binding. You can end your contract whenever you wish! Just go to your Client Space or contact your Annexx center advisors by email or phone and specify your desired move-out date.
Reminder: You must give at least 15 days' notice.
