.Can I access my unit at night?
You can access your storage unit from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. in most centers, with unlimited access 7 days a week. For extended access, contact your advisors.
Our reception areas are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Am I required to have insurance for my storage unit?
As with most property rentals, having protection is strongly recommended.
Can I buy boxes and other moving supplies on site?
Yes. All our Annexx centers have a moving supply store located at the reception area. There, you’ll find all the packaging, protective materials, and boxes you need for a stress-free move. With our Click & Collect system, order your supplies online and pick them up at the Annexx center of your choice, whenever it suits you!

What are the terms and conditions for terminating the contract?
Annexx contracts are non-binding. You can end your contract whenever you wish! Just go to your Client Space or contact your Annexx center advisors by email or phone and specify your desired move-out date.
Reminder: You must give at least 15 days' notice.

A security deposit is required upon signing the contract. It corresponds to a minimum of one month's rent including all taxes. This deposit will be refunded to you at the end of your contract, provided that the storage unit is returned empty, clean and in good condition.
