Each Annexx building is treated monthly against rodents and pests. To help prevent infestations, we prohibit the storage of food items that are not sealed in airtight containers.
Do I need to declare the items I want to store?
No. However, you must declare their value (for coverage purposes) so that your items are properly insured in case of damage or loss. For more information, contact your specialized advisors.
Do you provide equipment for unloading the car?
Yes. We provide trolleys and hand trucks in all our Annexx centers. You can use them free of charge to load or unload boxes and furniture from your vehicle and easily transport them from the parking area to your unit.
What is the duration of the rental contract?
Storage rental contracts are monthly and automatically renewable. There is no commitment: you can cancel at any time without penalties (just a 15-day notice).
