What is the difference between the office and center opening hours?
During office hours, our advisors are on-site to assist you with storage space needs or your move. You can also buy boxes and packing materials during these hours (Mon–Fri: 9 a.m.–12:30 p.m.; 1:15 p.m.–5:30 p.m., Sat: 9 a.m.–1 p.m.).
The center access hours refer to when you can visit your storage unit (your Annexx Center).
Do the units have electrical outlets?
No. Our storage units are not equipped with electrical outlets. However, custom installations may be arranged for professionals depending on the equipment to be plugged in. This service is subject to an additional charge.
Do you ensure the cleanliness of the site?
Each Annexx building is treated monthly against rodents and pests. To help prevent infestations, we prohibit the storage of food items that are not sealed in airtight containers.
Am I required to have insurance for my storage unit?
As with most property rentals, having protection is strongly recommended.
Can I buy boxes and other moving supplies on site?
Yes. All our Annexx centers have a moving supply store located at the reception area. There, you’ll find all the packaging, protective materials, and boxes you need for a stress-free move. With our Click & Collect system, order your supplies online and pick them up at the Annexx center of your choice, whenever it suits you!

What do I pay if I move out mid-month?
If your notice period ends between the 1st and 15th, your contract will end on the 15th of the following month. If it ends between the 16th and the last day of the month, your contract will end on the last day of the following month.
Don’t forget to notify your advisors at least 15 days before your desired move-out date to respect the notice period.
