Do you offer spaces for parking boats/cars/motorcycles?
In the majority of our centers, we offer rental spaces for most vehicles, provided that they are registered, insured, and in a roadworthy condition.

Do you want to store tires in a storage unit? That's possible! For safety reasons, you cannot store more than 4 tires in a unit.
Do the unis have electric outlets?
No, our storage units are not equipped with electric outlets. However, it is possible to set up a special arrangement for professionals depending on the equipment that needs to be connected. This service is subject to billing.
How do you fight against rodents? Do you ensure site cleanliness?
Each Annexx building is treated against rodents and pests every month. In order to deter these pests, we prohibit the storage of non-hermetically sealed foodstuffs.
Do I need to declare the items I wish to store?
No. However, you must declare their value (for insurance) so that your items are properly covered in case of damage. For any additional questions, please contact our specialized advisors.
Do you lend equipment for unloading the car?
Yes. We provide carts and dollies at all of our Annexx centers. You can use them for free to load or unload boxes and furniture from your vehicle and easily transport them from the parking lot to your storage unit.
I am late in paying my rent, what should I do?
You must pay your rent between the 1st and the 5th evening of each month. Beyond this date and after six days of delay, late payment penalties are applied in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract. In case of non-payment, you can no longer access your unit.
