What are the unit rental rates?

Can I access my unit at night?
You can access your storage unit from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. in most centers, with unlimited access 7 days a week. For extended access, contact your advisors.
Our reception areas are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
What security features are installed inside the units?
In addition to the systems installed throughout our facilities (automatic locking gates, keypad access, cameras), each unit is equipped with an individual alarm. When you visit your unit, entering your personal code deactivates the alarm on arrival and reactivates it upon your departure.
How can I change my coverage?
Annexx offers storage-specific coverage. To modify a plan subscribed through Annexx when signing your rental contract, please contact your advisors.
Can I buy boxes and other moving supplies on site?
Yes. All our Annexx centers have a moving supply store located at the reception area. There, you’ll find all the packaging, protective materials, and boxes you need for a stress-free move. With our Click & Collect system, order your supplies online and pick them up at the Annexx center of your choice, whenever it suits you!

What payment facilities are available?
To make your rent payments more comfortable, we offer a variety of accepted payment methods.
Reminder: When you plan to end your contract, please make sure to provide your 15-day notice before your desired move-out date.
