Can I access my unit at night?
You can access your storage unit from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. in most centers, with unlimited access 7 days a week. For extended access, contact your advisors.
Our reception areas are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Do you ensure the cleanliness of the site?
Each Annexx building is treated monthly against rodents and pests. To help prevent infestations, we prohibit the storage of food items that are not sealed in airtight containers.
Do I need to declare the items I want to store?
No. However, you must declare their value.
Do you offer moving trucks or discounts on rentals?
Yes. We have negotiated rates with several partner moving truck rental companies. To learn more about these offers, get in touch with your advisors.
What payment facilities are available?
To make your rent payments more comfortable, we offer a variety of accepted payment methods.
Reminder: When you plan to end your contract, please make sure to provide your 15-day notice before your desired move-out date.
