Do I need to bring my own padlock?
Yes. You can use a padlock you already own or buy one at our moving supplies shop located at your Annexx center. You can choose between a keyed or combination padlock.

Am I required to have insurance for my storage unit?
As with most property rentals, having protection is strongly recommended.
Do you provide equipment for unloading the car?
Yes. We provide trolleys and hand trucks in all our Annexx centers. You can use them free of charge to load or unload boxes and furniture from your vehicle and easily transport them from the parking area to your unit.
What happens if my belongings are removed and taken to the dump?
Once your unit is emptied due to non-payment, your account is suspended. No new rent is charged, but all outstanding amounts remain due.
