What security features are installed inside the units?

In addition to the systems installed throughout our facilities (automatic locking gates, keypad access, cameras), each unit is equipped with an individual alarm. When you visit your unit, entering your personal code deactivates the alarm on arrival and reactivates it upon your departure.

Am I required to have insurance for my storage unit?

As with most property rentals, having protection is strongly recommended.

Do you provide equipment for unloading the car?

Yes. We provide trolleys and hand trucks in all our Annexx centers. You can use them free of charge to load or unload boxes and furniture from your vehicle and easily transport them from the parking area to your unit.

What documents do I need to present when signing the contract?

When signing your storage rental contract, you must present:

  • A valid ID
  • A bank account statement (RIB) or a credit card
  • Proof of insurance (only if using your own insurer). If submitted within 15 days after signing, it must include the subscription date, unit location, unit number and size, covered guarantees, and a mutual waiver of recourse clause.

Are you a business customer? You must also provide a KBis extract dated within the last three months.
