Am I required to have insurance for my storage unit?
As with most property rentals, having protection is strongly recommended.
You can subscribe to a coverage plan directly with Annexx advisors when signing your storage unit rental contract.
Want to use your own insurance provider? Contact them to confirm they offer suitable storage coverage.
In both cases, your monthly fee will depend on the declared value of the items you plan to store. Learn more about protecting your belongings.
Do you provide equipment for unloading the car?
Yes. We provide trolleys and hand trucks in all our Annexx centers. You can use them free of charge to load or unload boxes and furniture from your vehicle and easily transport them from the parking area to your unit.
I haven’t paid my rent for several months, what happens?
Contact your storage center advisors as soon as possible. Without any update or payment from you, your storage unit may be emptied and/or its contents disposed of.
