Is everything included in the price (administration fees, deposit, guarantee...)?
Everything is included in the price of your storage unit rental. With Annexx, you have no unpleasant surprises when paying your monthly contribution with the guarantee of our contracts without fees.
Can I change the size of my unit? Is it free?
It's completely free! You can change your unit size whenever you want for a smaller or larger space at no cost (subject to availability). The amount of your monthly rent will be automatically adjusted based on the size of your new storage space.
Is the center lit at night?
Yes, all our centers are lit to ensure night surveillance. Parking lots and outdoor spaces are lit and monitored 24/7.
As part of our CSR commitments, the unit corridors are equipped with an automatic lighting system with sensors. Thus the lights only turn on when movement is detected.
Am I required to take out insurance for my storage unit?
Yes.
As with any real estate rental, you are required to take out an insurance policy.
You can take out insurance directly with Annexx advisors when signing your storage unit rental contract.
If you prefer to use your own insurer, please contact them to ensure that they offer coverage for storage.
In either case, your monthly fee will vary depending on the declared value of the items you wish to store. Learn more about insurance here.
Do you offer moving trucks or a discount on their rental?
Yes. We have negotiated rates with several partner companies for moving truck rental. Learn more about these rates by contacting your advisors.
What do I have to pay if I return my unit in the middle of the month?
If your notice period falls between the 1st and the 14th of the month, your contract will end on the 15th of the month. If the date falls between the 15th and the last day of the month, your contract will end on the last day of the month.
Remember to contact your advisors at least 15 days before the desired departure date to comply with the notice period.
