Is it possible to arrive outside the office's opening hours?
Yes. Once you've completed your contract remotely, you'll receive an email with all the access details (code, floor, etc.). Units are accessible from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. at most Annexx centers.
How are Annexx centers maintained?
We are committed to providing the best service for your unit rental. To ensure the safety of your belongings and our customers, we use the best surveillance systems available. All equipment is checked daily by our on-site teams, and maintenance is provided by a self-storage expert.
To provide you with a clean and comfortable environment, our service providers ensure cleanliness, and our on-site team regularly performs inspections.
If you notice a cleanliness issue, please notify your center and specify the number of the nearest unit.
Is the center lit at night?
Yes, all our centers are illuminated to ensure night-time surveillance. Parking lots and outdoor areas are lit and monitored 24/7.
As part of our CSR commitments, unit corridors are equipped with motion-sensor lighting systems, so the lights only switch on when movement is detected.
Am I required to have insurance for my storage unit?
As with most property rentals, having protection is strongly recommended.
Can I buy boxes and other moving supplies on site?
Yes. All our Annexx centers have a moving supply store located at the reception area. There, you’ll find all the packaging, protective materials, and boxes you need for a stress-free move. With our Click & Collect system, order your supplies online and pick them up at the Annexx center of your choice, whenever it suits you!

Do I need to reserve my unit before renting it?
Not necessarily. However, we recommend reserving your chosen unit as soon as you decide to use our storage services. That way, you’ll ensure its availability on the day you actually need it.
