Is it possible to arrive outside the office's opening hours?
Yes. Once you've completed your contract remotely, you'll receive an email with all the access details (code, floor, etc.). Units are accessible from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. at most Annexx centers.
What can I store in my unit?
You can store boxes, seasonal items, professional equipment, documents, and more.
For your safety, certain items are strictly prohibited inside the units.

What security features are installed inside the units?
In addition to the systems installed throughout our facilities (automatic locking gates, keypad access, cameras), each unit is equipped with an individual alarm. When you visit your unit, entering your personal code deactivates the alarm on arrival and reactivates it upon your departure.
How can I change my coverage?
Annexx offers storage-specific coverage. To modify a plan subscribed through Annexx when signing your rental contract, please contact your advisors.
Can I buy boxes and other moving supplies on site?
Yes. All our Annexx centers have a moving supply store located at the reception area. There, you’ll find all the packaging, protective materials, and boxes you need for a stress-free move. With our Click & Collect system, order your supplies online and pick them up at the Annexx center of your choice, whenever it suits you!

What payment facilities are available?
To make your rent payments more comfortable, we offer a variety of accepted payment methods.
