How are Annexx centers maintained?
We are committed to providing you with the best service for your storage rental. To ensure the protection of your belongings and the safety of our customers, we deploy the best surveillance systems. All devices are checked daily by our on-site teams and maintenance is provided by an expert self-storage provider. To offer you a comfortable service in a healthy environment, our staff ensures the cleanliness of the building, and our on-site team regularly performs checks. If you notice a cleanliness problem, please notify your center, specifying the nearest unit number.
What security measures are in place in the units?
In addition to the installations in place throughout our premises (automatic gate lock, access code, cameras), our units are equipped with an individual alarm. When you come to your unit, entering your personal code deactivates this alarm upon arrival and reactivates it upon departure.
How can I change my insurance?
Annexx offers insurance specifically for storage. To modify an insurance contract taken out with Annexx at the time of signing your contract, please contact our advisors.
Can you help me move?

What payment facilities are available?
To make the payment of your rent more comfortable, we allow you to choose from our many authorized payment methods. In addition, you have the option of prepaying your rent for up to 12 months.
Remember: When you wish to terminate your contract, remember to provide us with your notice at least 15 days before your departure date.
